Make your vacuum clean better and last longer with this maintenance program

25 Step Preventive Maintenance Program

1) Continuity Test unit before running.

MOTOR INSPECTION

2) Inspect and notify customer if a new fan is necessary.

3) Inspect and notify customer if motor bearings are needed.

4) Inspect Armature for wear

5) Inspect and notify customer if carbon brushes are needed.

6) Reassemble and perform operational and electrical safety tests.

CLEANER ASSEMBLY INSPECTION

7) Install service sticker

8) Clean exterior of unit

9) Perform operational and electrical tests (use continuity tester)

BASE INSPECTION

10) Inspect roller brushes, bearings and notify customer if a new roller brush is necessary.

11) Inspect drive belt for frayed edges or damage and replace if necessary.

12) Remove motor, cleanout and tighten bolts, (Powerhead motor only)

13) Inspect and clean intake duct.

14) Inspect and test height adjustment system

15) Inspect and notify customer if new wheels are necessary.

BODY INSPECTION

16) Inspect on / off switch

17) Inspect bag or filters (in bagless vacuums)

18) Inspect clean bag cavity

19) Inspect front cover

20) Inspect clean-out port

21) Check cord for wear and safety clean cord . Replace if damaged as necessary.

22) Inspect handle latch and spring

23) Inspect cord holder latch

24) Inspect HEPA filters and notify customer if a new filter is necessary

25) Final performance test and safety test.

Total for package is $35.00

A new belt and clean paper bag will be replaced as needed

Customer will be notified if any other parts are needed
